Mac users rejoice!  There is finally a site available where Mac users can play online poker! Pokerroom.com is the first poker site to offer a no download poker game usable by Macs.  They also offer a lite version of their software for 56K modem users that takes only seconds to load.  The interface is intuitive, fast, and both versions only takes moments to load.  Windows PC owners can download the full version in order to speed up load times.

Pokerroom.com is also the first site to give you the option of playing poker on your cell phone.  I haven't tried this yet, and I probably shouldn't.  I already play enough poker as it is.  I sure don't need to be counting my outs while sitting at a red light on the way to work.  This is a nice option for college students or those people that don't have computers available to them.

Due to PokerRooms current marketing blitz, there's been a huge influx of new players to their site making many of the games very soft.  Currently you can usually find around 3000 poker players online at any given time.  As you move up in limits the games toughen up fast, but that's true almost everywhere, except for some tables at Party Poker.    

Game variety is so-so, consisting of Texas Hold'em in all flavors and Omaha in limit, no limit, and pot limit.  They also have both high and high/low stud games.
